If there is a fit, the next step is a marketing assessment, a paid engagement where we do an objective review of your current marketing. What is working, what is broken, and what to do about it. Delivered as a written report. Think of it as a second opinion on your marketing, with specific recommendations. From there, if it makes sense for both sides, we move into an ongoing engagement.
No. There is no long-term lock-in. Engagements are month-to-month, and the scope can scale up or down as your situation changes. We earn the relationship every month.
It depends on the scope. We price based on the capacity and capabilities you need, not a fixed package. A typical ongoing engagement runs in the range of a few thousand dollars a month, which is a fraction of what a full-time marketing hire or a mid-tier agency would cost. The marketing assessment is a standalone engagement at a lower price point, designed to give you clarity before making a bigger commitment.

If you already know exactly what to do and just need hands to do it, there are good freelancers and agencies for that. We are built for the situation where the direction itself is the problem, where doing more of the same is not working and you need someone to figure out what changed before spending another dollar on execution.

B2X Marketing serves B2B companies, typically service businesses, technology firms, and companies selling to US-based buyers. Our sweet spot is businesses between $2M and $25M in revenue that have outgrown their current marketing approach but have not reached the scale where a full in-house team makes financial sense.
Our founding team is based in the US and Argentina. We work remotely with clients across the US and with Latin American companies that serve US markets.
